Scientists Have Finally Created Metallic Hydrogen

By applying 4.95 million atmospheres of pressure to liquid hydrogen, Harvard physicists have claimed they were able to make it metallic, a state of hydrogen that had never existed on Earth before. Physicists predict that metallic hydrogen is an authentic superconductor, so if stabilized, it could revolutionize everything from energy storage to rocketry.

Quantum Breakthrough: Physicists Have Once More Created Time Crystals

Two more teams of researchers have found ways to create time crystals, lattices that repeat not in space but in time, breaking time-translation symmetry. Though applications are unclear, the research could help us better understand quantum properties and solve the problem of quantum memory associated with quantum computing.

We May Finally Have a Way of Mass Producing Graphene

Graphene has been touted as the wonder material of the future and can now be cheaply and easily mass produced using just a few ingredients. The material is continually involved in new testing to discover all of its many uses, it certainly is the future of electronics.
